Hinges are tight, spine is straight, and cloth binding is good shape except for a touch of rubbing to front lower cornertip. Basis for the 1956 film starring Mario Lanza, Joan Fontaine, Vincent Price, et. al.
Dust jacket is not price clipped ($2.50) and colors are vibrant. Rubbing to edges, soiling to rear edges, chips and tears to 3 cornertips, creasing and several 2-3" closed tears to rear upper quadrant, smaller closed tears to rear lower edge, small chips and tears to front upper edge, 2.5" closed tear to front lower edge with a nearby 1/4" closed tear and creasing.
