Signed and inscribed by author on half title page as follows: "Happy Holidays to Emma from Mary" and dated 1928. pages are lightly age toned but not brittle. No former owner or other marks. Bound in paper-covered boards with cloth spine. Light wear only to binding.
Laid in is a vintage color postcard that appears to have been written on by the author. Post card is of the portal of residences at California and Taylor (SF).
