Where Robot Mice and Robot Men Run Around in Robot Towns
NY: Knopf, 1977. First edition, first print. Hardcover.
Signed and inscribed by Ray Bradbury with a felt pen on front endpaper to his lifelong friend Arnold Kunert - Best as ever! - Ray Bradbury 1/22/81." Arnold Kunert was friends with Bradbury for 40 years. He was a producer, director, writer, educator, and long-time collector. There's some light ink transfer from the inscription to the interior flap of dust jacket and to the page after the front free end paper. Except for this, the book is clean with no former owner or other marks, straight spine and blemish-free boards. May have been gently read.
Dust jacket is not price clipped ($6.95) and colors are vibrant. Front flap has been improperly closed so that it shows on the front panel. Small area of soiling above the "Y" in "Bradbury" , rubbing to cornertips, small chips to upper spine edge, and 1/4" closed tear to rear lower edge.
