Limited to 450 copies. Missing the limitation page with publisher's signature (it wasn't removed, looks like it was assembled without it). . Book is bound in cloth with gilt decoration and the end papers are patterned (gold guns) created by William McMillan. There are some odd marks to the lower corners of two pages, not affecting the text. Otherwise, book shows clean, white pages, no former owner marks, blemish-free binding and straight spine. May have been gently read. Very good condition.
Dust jacket is crisp and vibrant. There is a 1/2" crease to front upper left at spine - no other issues. Very good + condition.
